Only twice a year is moonset exactly 5-10 minutes before sunrise. A cloudless morning is
even more rare! It's worth watching astronomical tables.
The Skagit river delta, about 50 miles north of Seattle, is famous for its'
tulip and daffodill fields ( though they are decreasing in number.) First week of
April is usually great.
