I'm working on a new series, the world abstracted. What the subject IS looses importance to the shapes and colors and spaces.

It is amazing how many different colors there can be in farm fields.

Camera pan during exposure yeilds the impression one gets while driving by the tulip fields.

though "realistic", it becomes a play in green and blue shapes.

On tidal mud flats. High tide waves push the grass into clumps which remain to be photographed at low tide.

The city can become a play in rectangles, light, and dark

Tree branches hanging over a creek make an interesting design

near Mt. Rainier National Park

. Chaos among geese
I think the out of focus birds add to the sense of pure Chaos, though I think the one on the "Fun" page is a better image.
